These regulations are the biosecurity and agriculture management (declared pest account) amendment regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows — regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the biosecurity and agriculture management (declared pest account) regulations 2014.
