These regulations are the biosecurity and agriculture management (declared pest account) amendment regulations 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the biosecurity and agriculture management (declared pest account) regulations 2014. For the purposes of section 132(2) of the act, the amount is $3 781.
