Hon. Jessica Stojkovski, Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport, declares that regulations 404 and 406 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Regulations 2014 do not apply to any pedelec tricycle operated by Cycling Without Age Australia (CWAA), subject to conditions regarding width and rider status. This declaration takes effect upon publication and revokes the previous declaration RT(V)R-2020-203225 published on 9 March 2021.
