Notice to creditors and claimants in the matter of the estate of patrick john howard, late of [contact details redacted], deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 january 2023, are required by the executor, theresa maureen williams, care of bespoke wills and estates lawyers, suite 6, [contact details redacted] of their claims to bespoke wills and estates lawyers by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
