Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 19 november 2023, are required by the executor, gary michael bailey, to send the particulars of their claims to bespoke wills and estates lawyers, suite 6, 14 main street, osborne park, western australia 6017 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
