Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 14 january 2019 are required by the joint executors gregory michael schouten and anthony clement maclean to send the particulars of their claim to the executors c/- pkf perth, po box 609, west perth wa 6872, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have notice and the executors will not be liable to any person/s of whose claim they have had no notice at the time of distribution.
