Creditors and other persons having claims in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 october 2018, are required by the executor michael king to send the particulars of their claim to the executor c/- pkf perth, po box 609, west perth wa 6872, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have notice and the executor will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have had no notice at the time of distribution.
