In the matter of the estate of Barry John Espinos late of 60 Swan Street East, Guildford in Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 May 2025, are required by the executor care of Cooper Webb Lawyers of po box 5674, Perth wa 6831, to send the particulars of their claims to Cooper Webb Lawyers by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
