Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 18 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 the restricted burning period has been extended to conclude as of midnight on 14 december 2018 and the prohibited burning period has been suspended from 1 december 2018 to commence as of midnight on 14 december 2018 within the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. This extension applies to bush fire brigades only. The purpose of this extension is to allow for the completion of fuel reduction burns by the fire brigades only.
