Amends the Shark Bay Crab Managed Fishery Management Plan 2015. Inserts subclauses 7(1a) and 7(1b) regarding Class A licences. Replaces clause 18 regarding entitlement conferral. Amends clause 13, changing '500,000' to '650,000'.
