Made by the Minister for Energy and Decarbonisation under the Fuel, Energy and Power Resources (State of Emergency) Regulations 2026 regulation 4. This order is the Fuel, Energy and Power Resources (Supply Information) Order 2026. This order comes into operation as follows โ (a) clauses 1 and 2 โ on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette (publication day); (b) the rest of the order โ on the day after publication day.
