The council of the City of Fremantle resolved on 27 January 2021 to make the following local law: amends the City of Fremantle Local Government Property Local Law 2002 as published in the Government Gazette on 11 November 2002 as amended on 12 March 2019; deletes and inserts clauses regarding local government property, smoking, permit conditions, fauna and flora, swimming pool areas, toilet blocks, lost articles, and penalties.
