This notice amends the Planning and Development (Fees) Notice 2018. It modifies Schedule 1 clauses 1, 2, and 4 regarding applications for freehold or survey-strata subdivision, amended plans, and endorsement of deposited plans, including provisions for amalgamation and subdivision applications.
