Issued under the Liquor Control Act 1988 section 31(6) and (7) by the Director of Liquor Licensing for the purpose of evidencing conditions imposed under section 64 of that Act applicable to certain extended trading permits. This notice is the Liquor Control (Section 31) Notice 2017. This notice comes into operation as follows — clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is published in the Gazette; the rest of the notice — on the day after that day.
