Made by the governor in executive council. These regulations are the liquor control (spinifex restricted area) amendment regulations 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows β regulations 1 and 2 β on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations β on the day after that day. These regulations amend the liquor control (spinifex restricted area) regulations 2014. In regulation 10 delete βon the day 3 years after the day referred to in regulation 2(b).β and insert: at the close of 2 july 2020.
