These regulations amend the Licensed Surveyors (Transfer of Land Act 1893) Regulations 1961. Amendments include deleting the definition of Inspector of Plans and Surveys in regulation 1A and inserting a new definition. Other regulations are amended to replace 'book' with 'record'.
