Amends the transfer of land (surveys) regulations 1995 regarding the deletion of “book” and insertion of “record” in regulation 4(2)(a).

Made under section 181(2) of the act by the registrar of titles with the approval of the governor in executive council. These regulations are the transfer of land (surveys) amendment regulations 2021. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the transfer of land (surveys) regulations 1995. In regulation 4(2)(a) delete “book” and insert: record
