These regulations amend the criminal procedure regulations 2005. Regulation 7a is amended to prescribe public authorities under the cpa part 3, including each department of the public service, each local government, and each regional local government.

Amends the road traffic (administration) regulations 2014.
Assigns administration of the Road Traffic Act 1974 to the Minister for Transport (Part 6A) and the Minister for Road Safety (rest of Act).
Brings specified sections and parts of the Procurement Act 2020 into operation on June 1, 2021.
