I, chris shaw, the director general at the department of mines, petroleum and exploration, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(1) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, declare the following land to be an abandoned mine site for the purposes of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012— land within and surrounding an area adjacent to the morawa-yalgoo road near the former townsite of gullewa within the shire of yalgoo. being the land shown hatched in black set out in schedule.
