I, chris shaw, the director general at the department of mines, petroleum and exploration, pursuant to the powers conferred on me by section 9(1) of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012, declare the following land to be an abandoned mine site for the purposes of the mining rehabilitation fund act 2012— land surrounding and including the former moira colliery and stockton colliery underground workings. being the land shown hatched in black set out in the schedule.
