Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 15 june 2018 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to the care of amanda liston legal, 197 mandurah terrace, mandurah, western australia 6210 by the 19 june 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
