In the matter of the estate of David John Kestel late of 11 Rob Roy Street, Swanbourne in Western Australia, caravan park developer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 october 2025, are required by the executor of care of fort knox legal, po box 390, west perth wa 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to fort knox legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
