Order made by the Minister under section 43 prohibiting commercial fishing for crab in Cockburn Sound. This order commences operation on 1 December 2024. The Prohibition on Fishing for Crabs (Cockburn Sound) Order 2014 is revoked. Defines crab and specifies the waters where commercial fishing is prohibited.
