Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16th march 2025, are required by the executrix, louise ann buckland, 7 cross street, augusta, to deliver particulars of their claims to peter may mcauliffe legal, po box 72, busselton, western australia within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
