Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 27th day of June 2023, are required by the administrator, being mr frank edward glosny, of c/- mort & associates, [contact details redacted] their claims to him at mort & associates of [contact details redacted] one month following the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
