It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Exmouth Local Planning Scheme amendment on 9 October 2023 for the purpose of— (i) rezone portion of lot 505 from 'light industry' to 'rural'; (ii) inserting additional use 11 (a11) and additional use (a12) into schedule 2—additional uses as follows— number description of land additional use conditions; (iii) amend the scheme maps accordingly.
