In the matter of the estate of Daniel James Kenney late of Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-mentioned deceased, who died on 29 december 2024, are required by the administrator, ellen louise brennan, care of croftbridge, level 1, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send the particulars of their claims to her by the date being one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
