Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6th September 2024, are required by the executor, Alison Dorothy Shepherd of [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to Tolson & Co Solicitors, [contact details redacted] 1 month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
