Made by the FES Commissioner of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services under section 18(2) of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Declares restricted burning times for the City of Busselton from 15 October to 30 April. Revokes previous instruments under section 18(2) of the Act in respect of the Shire of Busselton and City of Busselton.
