Prohibits burning of garden refuse, camp, and cooking fires in the Shire of Collie during the Prohibited Burning Period, and restricts burning of garden refuse during the Restricted Burning Period without a permit.

Notice Text
Pursuant to section 24G(2) and section 25(1a) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the burning of garden refuse and camp and cooking fires is prohibited in all areas within the Shire of Collie during the Prohibited Burning Period. Furthermore, pursuant to section 24G(2) the burning of garden refuse is prohibited within the Shire of Collie during the Restricted Burning Period unless a permit to burn has first been obtained from a Fire Control Officer.
