In the matter of the estate of Margaret Jean Collett late of Bethanie Illawong, 1 Rodd Place, Hamilton Hill in Western Australia, previously of Unit 316 Springfields Retirement Village, 17-23 Hefron Street, Rockingham in Western Australia, stenographer/typist, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims are required by the executor of care of Fort Knox Legal, P.O. Box 390, West Perth, WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
