Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 26th day of april 2017, are required by the trustee, michael quadrio of 31 whitfeld street, floreat, western australia to send particulars of their claims to him by the 12th day of september 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
