Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 june 2020, are required by the trustee, susan j. parker of [contact details redacted] 6152, to send particulars of their claims to her within 1 month from the day on which this notice is published, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
