Made by the governor in executive council under section 9(1)(d) of the act. This order is the country areas water supply (four mile creek water reserve) abolition order 2017. This order comes into operation as follows — clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order — on the day after that day. The four mile creek water reserve is abolished.
