I, mr. reece whitby, mla, minister for energy for the state of western australia, under regulation 20 of the electricity corporations (electricity generation and retail corporation) regulations 2013 hereby repeal the segregation and transfer pricing guidelines 2020 on the day of publication of this notice in the gazette.
