Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates powers and duties under Section 47F of the Act and Regulations 3I, 3J, 3K, 3L, 3M, 3N, 3O, 3P, and 3W of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery (Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2019 to the Executive Director, Circular Economy, of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Powers and duties under Regulations 3Q, 3R, 3S, and 3T of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery (Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2019 are delegated to the Executive Director, Assurance; and Executive Director, Circular Economy, both of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 7 dated 30 April 2024 and published in the Gazette on 17 May 2024 is revoked.
