Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 august 2025, are required by the personal representative, stephen george carver of care of ilberys lawyers, gpo box b51, perth wa 6838 to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than 14 april 2026, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
