Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 june 2021, are required by the personal representative, brendan dean pyke of care of ilberys lawyers, gpo box b51, perth wa 6838 to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than 21 february 2023, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
