Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 03/05/2023, are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate, being Amber Gravestock 104 Colin Street, West Perth 6005, to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
