Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 march 2024, are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate, being kirk graham reeve and deborah alison loraine, care of summers legal, to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
