As a measure to assist in the control and prevention of bushfires and pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, as the property owner or occupier of land within the City of Kalamunda, you are hereby required before 1 November 2018 to comply with the below conditions. The applicable works outlined below, must be completed before 1 November 2018 and maintained up to and including 31 March 2019.
