The shire of Westonia resolved on 21st February 2023 to make the Fencing Local Law 2023. The purpose of this local law is to prescribe a sufficient fence and the standard for the construction of fences throughout the district. The effect of this local law is to establish the minimum requirements for fencing within the district. This local law applies throughout the district.
