An application has been made to change the name of the “Fluoride Free WA Party” to the “Health Australia Party”, and to change the registered abbreviated name of the party to “HAP”, in the register of political parties kept by the Electoral Commissioner under section 62D of the Electoral Act 1907. Any elector who believes that the application is not in accordance with section 62E or should be refused under section 62J of the Electoral Act 1907 is invited to submit a statement to the Electoral Commissioner.
