Appoints Shaun Major as the Returning Officer for the district of Secret Harbour and designates the Secret Harbour Community Centre as the Place of Declaration of Nominations.

In accordance with section 6 of the Electoral Act 1907, Shaun Major has been appointed Returning Officer for the district of Secret Harbour. Any previous appointment for this district is cancelled. Pursuant to section 85 of the Electoral Act 1907, the Place of Declaration of Nominations is the Secret Harbour Community Centre (Multipurpose Room), 4 Oasis Drive, Secret Harbour WA 6173.
