On 13 October 2023, Allerding & Associates, representing Holcim Australia Pty Ltd, requested that the development application for the continued operation of a concrete batching plant at 120 (Lot 1001) Claisebrook Road, Perth pursuant to section 272, be referred to the Western Australian Planning Commission by the Premier, on the recommendation of the Minister for Planning, for determination under section 274 of the Planning and Development Act 2005. The development application has been referred to the Western Australian Planning Commission, for determination under section 274 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
