I, Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extends the exemption originally declared on 25 January 2016 and published in the Government Gazette dated 12 February 2016 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 24 January 2026.
