Made by the FES Commissioner of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services under section 17(6) of the Bush Fires Act 1954. This notice is the Bush Fires (Prohibited Burning Times) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2023. The amendments in this notice are to the Bush Fires (Prohibited Burning Times) Notice 2012 (as amended). Schedule 1 is amended by deleting all references to the prohibited burning times for the zones of the State mentioned in Schedule 1 column 2, and inserting the prohibited burning times from 10 November - 31 March for various local government areas.
