These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Wholesale Electricity Market) Regulations 2004. Market rules made by the Minister must be notified in the Gazette. The notification must include notice of the making of the market rules and where the market rules are available. The Authority must make a copy of amending rules made by the Minister available on a website maintained by the Authority. Market rules made by the Minister must be laid before each House of Parliament within 10 sitting days of that House next following their notification in the Gazette.
