The amending rules set out in Schedule A come into operation immediately after the commencement of amending rules in Schedule B of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Governance) Rules 2021, that commence at 8:00 AM (WST) on 1 July 2021; and the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Tranches 2 and 3 Amendments) Rules 2020 specified in Part 2 of the commencement notice dated 25 January 2021, and Part 1 of the commencement notice dated 24 May 2021, that commence at 8:00 AM (WST) on 1 July 2021.
