Made by the Minister under the Energy Safety Act 2006 section 14. This notice is the Energy Safety Levy Notice 2019. This notice comes into operation as follows — clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is published in the gazette; the rest of the notice — on the day after that day. This notice applies in respect of the financial year commencing on 1 july 2019 and is made having regard to the business plan for that financial year. The total amount to be raised by way of levy is $7 225 000.
